El cortometraje DEIL del director asturiano David Rodriguez Muñiz resultó ganador del Premiu al Meyor Curtiumetraxe del Noveno Festival de Cine Asturianu que entregó sus Premios el 5 de Julio de 2014 en el Ateneo de Madrid. Producida por Amanita Films y protagonizada por Borja Luna, Carles Moreu y Julio Vélez sobre un misterioso personaje recluido en una clínica psiquiátrica. El Premiu d’Honor 2014 fue para el director y guionista Javier Maqua (Madrid, 1945), realizador de series de televisión y películas como Tú estás loco briones (1980), Chevrolet (1991), Carne de gallina (2002) y docudramas como Apuntarse a un bombardeo (2003).
